CACTUS Web Server Upgrade – December 2

On Wednesday, December 2, during the regularly scheduled maintenance window (5:00 – 7:00 a.m.), an upgrade will be implemented to the web server supporting CACTUS (https://cactus.aset.psu.edu/).

A several minute outage is expected while the work is being completed. During the upgrade, the website (https://cactus.aset.psu.edu/) will be unavailable as will any application or function that uses CACTUS.

Affected applications and services include, but is not limited to:

– CACTUS application
– Security application
– STAA application
– Password changes from Signature Stations

Features of CACTUS that do not rely on the web server will continue to function during the upgrade period.
